How Payments Are Processed
Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments. Payment is collected at the time you place your order, and orders are not confirmed, processed, or shipped until full payment is successfully received. If a payment is declined or fails to authorize, the order will not be completed.
Pricing & Currency
All prices shown on Kniveso.com are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Payment Security
Transactions are protected with SSL encryption and handled through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. Kniveso does not collect or store your full card details on its own servers.
Buy Now, Pay Later (Klarna)
Where Klarna is offered, your eligibility, installment terms, and any associated fees are determined by Klarna at checkout and governed by Klarna's own terms and conditions. Kniveso is not responsible for financing decisions made by Klarna.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are issued in line with our Refund & Return Policy and returned to your original payment method. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at Support@Kniveso.com so we can resolve it directly. We dispute chargebacks made without first contacting us.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, Kniveso may hold, verify, or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. We may request additional identity verification on higher-value orders.
